The minimum age is 18 years-old.

At this time, all services are provided via TELEHEALTH; there is no option for in-person services. Telehealth is a flexible and convenient way to access therapy. This is also why the minimum age is 18—to ensure that online therapy is a good fit.

Sessions last 45-50 minutes.
